Introducing our unmissable, and very delicious, Little Sky Sandwiches. 

Perfect for parties, Little Sky Gelato Sandwiches are currently available for pre-order in the following flavours;

Lamington – Vanilla gelato with a house-made strawberry jam sandwiched between vanilla biscuits dipped in chocolate sprinkled with coconut.

Salted Caramel with Chocolate – Our famous salted caramel gelato sandwiched between chocolate cookies dipped in chocolate.

Choc Mint – Smooth and creamy mint choc chip gelato is wedged between chocolate biscuits dipped in chocolate.

Strawberries & Cream – Vanilla cookies sandwich our delicious strawberries & cream gelato.  This classic combination is then dipped in Ratio Cocoa three ingredient white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries.

PBJ – Crunchy creamy Byron Bay peanut butter gelato sandwiched between vanilla cookies and house-made strawberry jam.

S’mores – Graham cracker biscuits sandwich a layer of house-made marshmallows and a layer of smooth Ratio Cocoa milk chocolate gelato.
