GELATO & ice cream CAKES

Little Sky gelato cakes are house-made with our delicious small batch gelato and are completely free from artificial colours and flavours. We have all your favourites including Hazelnut & Chocolate, Chocolate Brownie, Cookies & Cream, Pistachio & Chocolate and Chocolate Brownie, plus other specials that change from week to week. To avoid disappointment, please remember it’s best to email us a few days prior to pick up if you would like a particular flavour put aside for you. We can also create custom made cakes with two weeks notice including gluten friendly, non dairy, vegan and Kosher cakes - simply send us an email or a message via Instagram.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT gelato LOG cake

Ratio Cocoa single origin 68% chocolate gelato and creamy hazelnut gelato on a chocolate sponge base smothered in milk chocolate and studded and topped with hazelnuts. Serves 12-16.

CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO gelato LOG cake

Ratio Cocoa single origin 68% chocolate gelato and creamy pistachio gelato on a chocolate sponge base smothered in milk chocolate and studded and topped with pistachios. Serves 12-16.

LAMINGTON gelato cake

Vanilla sponge, house-made strawberry jam and a thick layer of creamy vanilla gelato covered in milk chocolate and coconut. Serves 12-16.

Cookies & Cream gelato cake

House-baked chocolate chip cookies are combined through a creamy gelato and topped with extra cookies. Serves 10-12.

STRAWBERrY & VANILLA gelato cake

This summer seasonal cake layers vanilla and strawberry over a house-made vanilla sponge base. Serves 10-12

Hazelnut & CHocolate gelato cake

A chocolate sponge base topped with Ratio Cocoa single origin 68% chocolate gelato and creamy hazelnut gelato. Serves 10-12.

Chocolate Brownie gelato cake

A decadently rich gelato cake with a chocolate sponge base topped with a creamy Ratio Cocoa single origin 68% chocolate gelato with house-made baked brownie throughout. Serves 10-12.

MANGO & VANILLA gelato cake

This summer seasonal cake layers vanilla and mango over a house-made vanilla sponge base. Serves 10-12. Available when mangoes are in season.

S’MORES gelato cake

A graham cracker biscuit base is layered with smooth Ratio Cocoa milk chocolate gelato and house-made marshmallows. Serves 10-12.

Affogato gelato cake

Omar & the Coffee Bird iced coffee and vanilla gelato layers dusted with Ratio cocoa chocolate and mocha powder with a vanilla sponge base.  Serves 10-12.

NEOPOLITAN gelato cake

Layers of Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate on a chocolate sponge base. Serves 10-12.
