Applewood’s Økar Island Bitter & Tahbilk Dalfarras Processco Orange Spritz
Created with Australian botanicals, the award winning Økar Island Bitter is handcrafted with riberries, fresh Davidson’s plums and aromatic strawberry gum leaf. To create the perfect popsicle sorbeto spritz, the bitter is mixed with fresh Australian orange juice and Tahbilk Dalfarras Processco with it’s vibrant flavours of spring flowers surrounding a core of zesty citrus and pear fruits.

Applewood Gin, Varci Citrus Tonic & Lime Zest
A refreshing sorbeto popsicle created with Applewood Gin mixed with Varci Citrus Tonic and finished with a zingy lime zest. Applewood Gin brings a botanical-rich profile of sustainably farmed desert limes, native wattle seed and aromatic peppermint gum leaves and is perfectly complimented by the hand crafted Varci Citrus Tonic that balances the flavours of Riverland lemons, oranges, lime, lemongrass, and lavender.

Applewood’s Carter’s Coffee Liqueur and Omar & The Coffee Bird Espresso Martini
Take a chocolate profiled coffee that’s been transformed into aromatic oaked coffee liqueur and the result is Applewood’s Carter’s Coffee Liqueur. Blended with Omar & the Coffee Bird’s White Blend espresso, Ratio Cocoa single origin crunchy chocolate nibs and Gippsland Jersey cream it delivers a chilled espresso martini gelato that is absolutely unmissable.

When Max, our head gelato chef, first tasted Applewood’s hand crafted gins he knew without doubt he could create a selection of very unique and refreshingly different flavours. And once Max looked a little closer into Applewood he discovered that this distillery located in the Adelaide Hills, and Little Sky had a lot in common. They both believe that the quality and flavour of their ingredients is essential to what they create. They are passionate about knowing where these ingredients originate to ensure that fair prices are paid, and wish to support those farmers who care for the land. Both handcraft small batches, and both have a strong respect for the environment and hold sustainable practises at the core of how they operate.
Add in Central Victoria’s Tahbilk Wineries carbon neutral Dalfarras Processco, Barossa Valley’s hand crafted Varci Citrus Tonic, Brunswick’s Ratio Cocoa, and Gardenvale’s Omar & the Coffee Bird White Blend espresso, and the mix gets even more interesting. The result? Well, you’ll need to try it for yourself to believe how good it is!
